A multi-discipline BIM project for a TD Bank facility in Pittsfield, MA. The scope included modeling all architectural, structural, MEP, and site elements.

The model was developed in Revit 2023 with LOD 300 detail, supporting coordination, visualization, and documentation needs.

Client Requirements:

The client requested a clean, well-structured BIM model covering all building systems. All components were to be modeled in the existing phase with strict base point alignment.

Key elements included branded architectural features, MEP systems, roof utilities, and detailed site work. The deliverables also required complete sheet documentation.

Challenges:

The project involved modeling complex components such as a waffle slab on the first floor, above-ceiling construction, and detailed facade profiles.

Point cloud alignment to the base point was critical. Additional challenges included site elements like bollards, hydrants, signage, and landscaped zones.

Maintaining accurate scale, phasing, and documentation while coordinating across disciplines added to the project’s complexity.
